Whats The Difference Between A Capsule And A Spansule?

I am a in training pharmacy tech…. i have a project i have to do on thorazine. i have to explain every form it comes in. i found a picture of thorazine spansule but it looks like a capsule to me. i have never heard of a spansule before..???

    spansules take more time to dissolve, gives a time release option for the medication

    Capsules dissolve all at once where as a spansule has tiny little time pills that dissolve at a slower rate.
