On the Job Pharmacy Tech Training as an 18 year old?

I will soon be 18, and am aspiring to become a pharmacist. This in mind, I would like to get a job soon as a pharmacist technician. I will be graduating high school soon, but have no prior training in the field. As a resident of Phoenix, AZ I would like to know if this is possible, and which pharmacies may offer such programs?

    I can only tell you about Walgreen’s, but I’ve heard that others have similar programs.

    If you can get on with Walgreen’s & they like you, theyn will work with you on scheduling & gaining experience. When the time comes to go to college, they have a program by which they pay partial or full tuition, for pharmacists, with an obligation from you to work for them for a specified time after graduation.

    Pharmacists are treated like gods with them. It’s pathetic!

    I believe you need to be certified to work as a pharmacy tech in Arizona. If you are interested, there are a lot of online pharmacy tech programs that help you get certified.
